At The Practice Room, Yoga is an opportunity to slow down, breathe, and return to yourself. Through both strength and softness, our classes cultivate awareness through movement, breath, and rest, preparing the body and mind for stillness.

Whether you are completely new to Yoga or have been practicing for many years, you are welcome in our studio in the heart of Reykjavik. Taught in English, our classes welcome both locals and travelers.
